1. Introduction
   These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tide Side Recovery & Spa (“we”, “us”, “our”) facilities, services and website.
   By booking a session, purchasing a membership or accessing the premises, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Membership & Bookings
   All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system.
   Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
   Access is only permitted during your booked time slot.
   We reserve the right to amend schedules, availability or services where necessary.
3. Unmanned Facility Access
   Tide Side operates as an unmanned facility.
   Members are responsible for their own safety and behaviour while on site.
   Access is granted via a secure entry system (code/app), which must not be shared.
   Any misuse of access credentials may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
4. Health & Safety
   By using our facilities, you confirm that:
   You are in good health and physically able to use sauna, cold plunge and other recovery equipment.
   You understand the risks associated with heat and cold exposure.
   You will follow all guidance provided on-site and online.
   You should not use the facilities if you:
   Are pregnant (without medical advice)
   Have cardiovascular conditions
   Have uncontrolled high blood pressure
   Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
   If in doubt, consult a medical professional before use.
5. Use of Facilities
   All users must behave respectfully and responsibly.
   Proper swimwear must be worn at all times.
   Hygiene rules (e.g. showering before use) must be followed.
   No food, glass or prohibited items are allowed in wet areas.
   We reserve the right to remove access for anyone not adhering to these rules.
6. Liability Disclaimer
   Use of Tide Side Recovery & Spa facilities is at your own risk.
   To the fullest extent permitted by law:
   We are not liable for any injury, illness or loss resulting from use of our facilities.
   We are not responsible for personal belongings brought onto the premises.
   Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7. Payments & Refunds
   All payments must be made in advance.
   Memberships and bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled within the timeframe stated in your booking confirmation.
   Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.
9. Membership Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund if:
   Terms & Conditions are breached
   Access is misused
   Behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate
10. CCTV & Security
    For safety and security, CCTV may be in operation in certain areas of the premises. Footage is used solely for security and incident purposes.
11. Personal Data
    Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
